Welcome to the Patch Notes for Techtonica v0.1.1
Groundbreakers, it's time for the first major update of your new favorite game Techtonica. This update is based on player feedback - so thank you very much for that! Practically all changes in this patch are aimed at improving your gaming experience. But let's not beat around the bush and get right into the details.
Highlighted Updates
The centerpiece of this patch is undoubtedly the highlighted updates. The developers have gone the extra mile to take the gaming experience to a whole new level.
In-Game Metrics, Recipe Updates, and Machine Balance
In this area, there are some significant changes. The in-game metrics have been greatly expanded and now show information about built and placed machines. The recipes and machine speeds have been adjusted to promote optimized gameplay.
First Core and Core Composer Changes
After receiving numerous feedback, the developers have significantly reduced the costs for all Tech Tree unlocks and removed the height limit of the Core Composers. This means less construction effort for you Groundbreakers!
The M.O.L.E.: Now with Digging Down!
Another exciting innovation concerns the M.O.L.E., which can now dig downwards as well. No more worries about mine charges or time-consuming hacking - just look down and go for it.
Machine, Power, and Fuel Updates
There are also some improvements in these areas. For example, the threshers have received a new clearing pattern, while the biobrick technology has been placed two levels higher.
AZERTY Support, Settings, and UI Changes
Finally, the developers have made some adjustments to the user interface, including AZERTY support and additional audio sliders in the audio menu.
