The Embracer Group has announced five new games based on the The-Lord-of-the-Rings IP. The games will be produced by external studios and are expected to be released by the end of March 2024. The announcement sparked great interest from both internal and external partners in the The-Lord-of-the-Rings IP.
More Games from Middle-earth
In addition to the existing games The Lord of the Rings Gollum and Return to Moria, three more The-Lord-of-the-Rings games are in the works. The release of Gollum is expected in the spring/summer of 2023, while Return to Moria will be released later in 2023 on PC via the Epic Games Store.

The five new The-Lord-of-the-Rings games could also include mobile games. The games will be produced by external studios and the Embracer Group has proven in the past to be known for high-quality games. So The-Lord-of-the-Rings fans can look forward to exciting new games.
