Yasuke Enters the Arena of Two Strikes
A major milestone has been achieved: Yasuke, the sixth character in Two Strikes, is now available. While there are still many aspects of the game in development, players can now engage in exciting duels with a larger selection of characters. Let's take a look at the African warrior Yasuke, who served in Japan during the 16th century and was highly valued by the powerful Oda Nobunaga.
Yasuke's Fighting Style
Yasuke's abilities are characterized by the following features:
- Weak Attack: Quick and with great range, but also with significant recoil.
- Strong Attack: After a long preparation time, Yasuke draws his sword for a far-reaching strike.
- Both attacks can be cancelled.
- Backward Dash: Normal backward dash with fast transition time.
- Forward Dash: Yasuke can break through the opponent's defense and execute a quick counterattack.
Further Gameplay Changes and Updates
In addition to the new character Yasuke, several gameplay changes have been made, including:
- Adjustment of perfect parrying.
- Increased speed for all characters.
- Brighter blood splatters upon hits.
Character Improvements and Deteriorations
This update also brings some adjustments to existing characters:
- Ayai: Increased backward running distance.
- Goemon: Increased forward running distance, but longer time to throw kunais.
- Tomoe: Decreased range of strong attack.
Bug Fixes
Several bugs have been fixed, particularly related to the new mechanics "Clash Duel" and "Perfect Parry".
