Uboat receives a major audio update
Hey Skipper, have you heard the news? Uboat is getting a comprehensive audio update that will make your submarine simulation experience even more realistic and immersive! Get ready for new voices that will add more depth to the characters and their stories.
Additional actors for each language (English and German) have been hired and a variety of new dialogues, reactions to situations, private conversations, sailors' reflections and commands have been added to the script. The crew will be more talkative, which not only provides more entertainment, but also makes the atmosphere on board even more authentic.
More Content and Improvements
In addition to the audio update, the developers are continuously working on technical improvements and new content for Uboat. For example, the graphics engine has been updated and advanced technologies like NVIDIA DLSS have been integrated to make the game modern and visually appealing at the time of release.
Furthermore, numerous changes have been made to the gameplay and user interface. Mission descriptions now include hints to historical material, and easily accessible manuals have been added for some devices on board. The campaign and side missions have been revised to increase their technical quality and interest value.
New ports are also constantly being added, so you will never again find the "Coming Soon" sign or an isolated bunker instead of a port. These locations have already undergone significant changes.
Full Release in Sight
The developers are highly motivated to leave Early Access this year. Since the last patch, they have been working tirelessly on Uboat and actively listening to player suggestions. New content is constantly being added and improvements are being made. Although some ideas still need to be implemented, the goal is already in sight.
