Public Test for Update 12.5
Captains, it's time to set sail and participate in the public test of World of Warships Update 12.5! This update brings some exciting new features to the game, including containers with premium ships, permanent and consumable camouflages, and other valuable items. Additionally, you have the chance to obtain European tokens, which you need to unlock early access to European destroyers.
The public test will begin on Thursday, June 8th at 6:30 PM CEST (UTC+2) and will end on Tuesday, June 13th at 7:30 AM CEST (UTC+2). During this time, you can also try out new destroyers like VII Grom and VIII Split on the Public Test Server.
New Features in Update 12.5
The Update 12.5 brings a series of interesting new features to World of Warships. One of the biggest changes is the introduction of asymmetric battles, which will be available on the public test server between 06:00 and 05:00 UTC.
Starting from Update 12.5, it is also possible to set restrictions for ship types and certain ships in each league for ranked battles. This provides an additional strategic layer and ensures more varied matches.
Improved AI Bots and Ranked Season
With the upcoming update, you can look forward to improved AI bots, which make the overall gameplay even more realistic and challenging. In addition, a special ranked season will take place on the public test server, where battles in all leagues will be fought with Tier X ships. The teams consist of three to six players, depending on the number of players in the queue.
Combat Missions and Community Tokens
On the public test server, you can complete special combat missions to earn community tokens. These tokens can then be exchanged in the Arsenal for various rewards, including rare permanent camouflages, containers, and other in-game items. However, it is important to note that the rewards on the public test server may differ from those on the live server.
