What is Valheim about?
Valheim transports you to a huge, procedurally generated Viking world. As a fallen warrior, your soul is banished to the Norse afterlife. Here you have to face Odin's creatures to bring order back to the mythical world. However, unlike many other survival games, Valheim does not rely on the tried and tested PvP principle, but on a co-op mode.
With up to nine other players, you can fight monsters together, build ships and erect buildings. The integrated combat system promises tough and tactical battles based on evasion and blocking. Although Valheim has only been playable for a short time, it is already very popular. At the moment the game has about 130,000 concurrent players - trend rising.
