But where to start with such a vast selection? For this, Valve has some filters and categories ready on the Steam Next Fest start page. In addition to classic categories like Action, Strategy or Role-playing, there is also the "Popular and soon available" category. Also included are the "most wanted upcoming games".
Another good indicator for good games is the sorting by "daily active demo players", which sorts the games by popularity among the players.
At the top is the popular Manor Lords and the hack & slash action RPG Undecember. The latter impresses us with its detailed graphics and the entire concept.
Developer Live Streams
A fixed part of the Steam Next Fest week are also the live streams of the developers. There you get a good insight into the games. A detailed schedule shows all current and future streams.
