Welcome back, warriors of the Imperium!
The universe of Warhammer 40,000 has another challenge in store for us. The latest patch for Warhammer 40,000: Darktide, "The Traitor's Curse Part 1," has just gone live on Steam and will soon be available on the Microsoft Store. Get ready for new missions, improved features, and plenty of bug fixes.
Mission: Mercantile HL 70-04
Our first new challenge takes us to the dark depths of Hive City, where the Moebian VI have established a base. Our task? Secure samples that can be analyzed for traces of a mysterious curse. Sounds like a fun outing, doesn't it?
The Update for Veterans
For our experienced heroes out there, there are some great new additions. We're excited to introduce several adjustments to the Veteran tree, including the introduction of Keystone Stones. Don't worry if you've already invested points in the tree - they won't be lost, but rather, you can reallocate them.
Inspection Feature and Penitence
With the new update, we can now inspect other players' equipment. It never hurts to take a look at what your comrades have, right? And that's not all: after some issues, all penitences can finally be unlocked.
Group Symbol Setting
The new Group Symbol Setting allows us to group buff symbols in the HUD by their source. This makes it easier to keep track of all the different buffs!
Bug Fixes and Optimizations
- Talents, weapons, and blessings have been revised and optimized.
- There are new settings for the HUD/UI and improvements to VFX, SFX, and animation.
- A crash issue when minimizing the game window has been resolved.
- The "slide" function as a bindable input has been removed.
In addition, over 50 new bonding conversations have been added. So get ready to get to know your gang even better!
All in all, this patch brings us a lot of exciting new features and improvements. If you don't have Warhammer 40,000: Darktide in your game collection yet, get your Steam Key now at Keyfuchs and dive into the adventure!
